Whether you’re planning an anniversary, birthday party, networking or social event, or even a home dinner party, Vivian Vernell Visions will provide you with all of the information and resources needed to plan, organize, and execute your event. No matter what size your budget is, we have a package for you!
Our budget based Gem Packages include a set number of working and consultation hours and are priced based upon 10% of the client's budget and final costs of the event. Depending upon the package, additional hours are charge and billed at a rate of $25, $35, or $45 per hour respectively. Hours are based upon a standard 40-hour work week schedule. A 6% sales tax will be applied on your total package costs. A non-refundable booking deposit equal to a minimum of 8-hours is required on these packages, and does not apply towards your total package costs. Additional hours are charged and billed at their respective rates. Additional charges will be incurred and billed for mileage, vendor fees and deposits, and out-of-town travel/lodging expenses. These packages include unlimited phone, email, and Skype consultation.
All-in-One packages include research and coordination of your event venue, and an event planner representative for all your vendors (caterer, DJ, florist, etc.), unless otherwise noted.

A $200.00 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit Is Required
Our Pearl Package is our most basic package. This package includes up to 8-hours of the Day-of-the-Event services, and 5-hours of consultation and pre/post event manpower. Final costs for this package is based upon 10% of your overall budget and the final costs of your event. Additional hours are charged and billed at the rate of $25.00 an hour. Budget for this package must be at least $1,000 and total cost of the event, including vendor fees and expenses, cannot exceed $2,500.

Budgets for this package must be at least $2,500 and the total cost of the event, including vendor fees and expenses, cannot exceed $3,500.

The Diamond Package includes 12-hours of Day-of-the-Event services, and 14-hours of consultation and pre-event day manpower. Final costs for this package is based upon 10% of your overall budget and the final costs of your event. Additional hours are charged and billed at the rate of $45.00 an hour.
