Annual Fan Appreciation Contest
Contest Rules
Vivian Vernell Events kicks-off each new year with the spirit of giving!
Thanks to our Facebook fans, we surpassed another milestone. To show our appreciation, we will award our Rubies Gem Package to one 1st Place lucky couple for their wedding day!
Staying true to our motto, "If You Dare to Be Different, You're Destined to Be Great", couples also have an opportunity to win a 2nd Place prize of a free Day-of-the-Coordinator package valued at $1,670, and 3rd Place winners will received a customized Vivian Vernell Events E-Planner & Organizer Book and souvenir book bag filled with wedding day necessities.
Pre-qualification:
Pre-qualifications begin annually on last Thursday in January, and runs until 11:55 p.m. on the last Thursday in February.
To pre-qualify for the contest couples must:
(1) Become a member of by Liking our Facebook Fan Page (https://www.facebook.com/vivianvernellevents)
(2) Once you become a member, you must enter the Hashtag #FanAppreciationContest on our wall; and
(3) Complete and submit the Pre-qualification Forms found on our website by the deadline date.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
(1) Vivian Vernell Events will determine the finalists for the contest based upon the status of the the couple's wedding planning process, their wedding date, wedding venue, and number of anticipated guests as indicated on the pre-qualification forms.
(2) If you are chosen as a finalist, you must submit a detailed love story about how you became engaged to lovestory@vivianvernellevents.com.
(3) Your love story can be a written article consisting of 500 words or less, or a 3-5 minute video/presentation, or a combination of both an article and video/presentation. Your entry should include relevant information such as how you met, when you knew that you were perfect for each other, and what your wedding day means to you both. Be sure to keep in mind our motto, "If you dare to be different, you're destined to be great!", and feel free to include photos, presentations, music and videos with your entries.
(4) After submitting your article for review, you must post the hashtag #LoveStory on Vivian Vernell Event's Fan Page.
(5) Beginning on March 1, Vivian Vernell Events will select and post the top five finalists #LoveStory on our website blog and Facebook Fan Page each month until July 1.
Contest Rules:
(1) This contest is open to Michigan residents age 18 and over;
(2) No purchase is required to enter this contest;
(3) Couples wishing to enter the contest must pre-qualify by submitting the Pre-Qualification Forms by the deadline date;
(4) Finalists for the contest will be determined by the information submitted on the Pre-Qualification Forms.
(5) Couple's wedding date must be set at least one-year from the deadline date;
(6) Couple's wedding must take place within the United States;
(7) Contest finalists will be determined by Vivian Vernell Events representatives;
(8) Finalists' wedding plans, wedding date, and/or wedding venue must be verified before their article can be accepted for full entry;
(9) The 1st Place, 2nd Place, and 3rd Place winning couples will be determined by how many likes and shares (votes) they receive from Vivian Vernell Events' fans, members and visitors. Winners will be announced on August 1.;
(10) The winning couple will be responsible for the planner's travel and hotel accommodations should they reside outside of the Metro-Detroit area.
(11 ) As all articles and/or photos/videos/presentations will be posted on our website blog and Facebook Fan Page, all participants are required to review, sign and submit our General Release Form.
