This venue offers a French Quarter style courtyard space to hold your wedding. The event space is able to accommodate 20 of your family members and friends. In addition, the property has a beautiful library area that works as a backup space in case of severe weather. The wedding package includes:
  • Complimentary bottle of champagne for the bride and groom.
  • Discounted event valet parking for guests.
  • Set-up of the space.
  • Complimentary upgrade for bride and groom if they are current guests (based on availability at time of contract).

Degas House

$990 + Venue Fee plus 18% Service Charge.

Ceremony Only Package Includes:
  • Held Sundays – Fridays (unless 3 months or less from event date)
  • Guest limit: 20 or less guests
  • 1 hour guest arrival and ceremony
  • Bottle of champagne or sparkling wine for the Bride and Groom toasting
  • Champagne for bridal party and invited guests available for an additional fee
  • Professional wedding coordinator to assist with advance planning and arrangements for all matters related to Degas House
  • Wedding coordinator on premises during event and to facilitate event
  • Personal assistance to help the Bride and Groom throughout the event
  • Setup by Degas House staff, including coordination of vendor setup
  • Use of Degas House two formal parlors
  • Use of the Degas House Courtyard, first floor porches, the receiving garden and promenade
  • Complimentary off-street parking for guests (2401 Esplanade Avenue, 1 block away)
  • Elegant furnishings throughout the parlor and courtyard, including white padded chairs.
Final guest count required thirty (30) days prior to event.  All charges due thirty (30) days prior to the event.

$2,500 + Service Charge
The Estelle Suite Package Includes:
  • One hour use of the Estelle Suite (or other room depending on availability) for the ceremony, toasting, cake and picture-taking
  • 8” cake
  • One bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
  • Candles on stands for ceremony site
  • Cake table with linen
  • Cake plates, silverware, napkins, glassware
  • Photo opportunities in the Estelle Suite (if available), stairs and both downstairs parlors, as well as in the courtyard
  • Coordination of the event by a Degas House coordinator
  • Assistance with securing an officiate (The cost of the officiate is to be paid by customer)
  • 2 nights’ lodging in the Estelle Suite (or other designated room, if Estelle is not available)
  • Hot Creole breakfast both mornings

​Oak Alley Plantation

Package Includes:
  • Intimate ceremonies for 20 or less guests can be held in the famed alley of oaks or at any other location requested on the grounds during regular hours of operation.
  • The time allowed for both ceremony & photos is 1 hour

Ceremony can be arranged to take place:
  • Monday – Saturday: from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm
  • Sunday: from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Appointments are required so that we can assist you in selecting the best time for your ceremony.
  • We reserve evenings for private ceremonies with receptions.

Ceremonies only fees:
  • $775.00 Monday through Friday.
  • $850.00 Saturday and Sunday.
  • This fee will admit 5 persons onto the grounds and typically includes the bride, groom, minister/judge, and 2 witnesses.
Regular admission rates will apply to any additional guests (up to 20) at the rate of $30.00 per adult.
  • If you would like additional time on the grounds for your ceremony and photos, there will be a fee of $150.00 per hour. A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a date for you.
  • This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the package.
  •  Your balance is due the week prior to the ceremony, based on the number of people in attendance.
***Keep in mind that we are unable to set up chairs in the alley and you may be subject to other tourists on the grounds as this is not a private event.  We cannot block off an area, but most people do respect your privacy.  Please note that music is not permitted for a ceremony due to our Big House tours.

Hotel Maison de Ville

Vieux Carré Vows – $3,500
A sweet, two hour ceremony in our tranquil courtyard for which we arrange an officiate. A security officer will be on the premises and we will have champagne for your celebration toast.

  • 1 Hour for set-up and take down
  • 2 Hours for your ceremony
  • Security officer on duty during your event.
  • Complimentary bottle of champagne
  • Officiate
  • Special valet parking rate

Fleur-de-lis Union – $5,000
Up to three hours for your ceremony, plus additional rehearsal time. We will coordinate your ceremony and provide a bridal attendant because she deserves it! Besides arranging your officiate, we also offer private dressing rooms for your Bride and Groom, a beautiful wedding cake from Haydel’s Bakery and, of course, champagne!

  • 3 hours for your event

This features four hours for your ceremony, additional rehearsal time, ceremony and reception coordination, bridal attendant, private dressing rooms for the Bride and Groom, an officiate and security officer. It is our pleasure to provide a wedding cake from Haydel’s Bakery and champagne, which will be enjoyed by the happy couple in engraved toasting glasses. We will furnish the bridal bouquet and boutonniere and let the provided photographer capture those special moments! An elegant guest book will ensure that the memories of your spectacular day stay fresh for many years to come.
