Full payment of this package is due upon booking.
This package is priced per project only. Your event must take place within 3-6 months of booking with a maximum of 100 attendees. Additional charges will be incurred and billed on a weekly basis for mileage, vendor fees and deposits, and out-of-town travel/lodging expenses.
We will assist you in the planning, invitations, (including save-the-date cards), decorations, assembly of custom favors (center pieces, goodies bag, games, etc.), and the execution and break-down of your event. Client will handle all the contracts and coordination of their vendors, and keep track of their own budget and timeline.
